We managed the complex exterior renovation of a 30-story commercial office building suffering from severe energy loss and outdated aesthetics. The goal was to dramatically improve thermal performance and update the building’s look without disrupting tenants. Our team designed and installed a custom, unitized Rain Screen Facade System composed of lightweight aluminum and terra-cotta panels. This provided superior weather protection and insulation. The systematic, floor-by-floor installation minimized disruption, cut the building’s HVAC energy consumption by an estimated 35%, and gave the structure a contemporary, high-performance visual identity, significantly boosting its market value.
